so what is on the menu tonight you ask? nice chunks of turkey beast cut and shaped into chunks wrapped in bacon and mated with red onion slices and Cajun seasoning to make grilled turkey kabobs. (And pics will be coming friends)

so you are the few and lucky that I let into my life full of drunken rants and raves but also (from what I have been told many times over the last 15 years a decent self taught cooking) So deal with all three and you will never be bored or with out a good meal to cook on the fly(unless you are to cheap to buy good meat or beer to cook with, that is a must) So my friends be pissed off and be sure to share your stories and you self taught receipts) this is an open forum for everyone to learn (just dont be surprised if someone blasts you because it is welcome here) bring it on and I hope everyone enjoys.
